SUMMi7 IS READY TO TAKE THE JOURNEY WITH YOU

Diverse Team and Perspective
We have a diverse team of experienced entrepreneurs and leaders that all share a diversity, equity and inclusion passion to support people and businesses to build back the economy more inclusively.
Edtech Platform for All to Join

We’re providing a platform for others to join our movement that is hands-on with the local communities that we’ll support, such as community banks, local chambers and coworking spaces.

Proprietary Methodology and Mentor Program

Our methodology breaks down the large enterprise building blocks of a sustainable company into modules that can be applied to support the unique challenges of small businesses. We’re using a hands-on coaching model where we will lead a team of mentors to support the businesses in our programs.

WE RECOGNIZED THE PROBLEMS AND WE HAVE SOLUTIONS

PROBLEM 1

There are currently

0

small businesses in the US…

Those small businesses make up

0 %

of jobs…

but only

1 out of 5

of those businesses will grow beyond $5M…

and only

1 out of 10

are still operating after 10 years.

SOLUTION

We’ve paired our platform with a coaching model that will create a new, more accessible approach to business education. It’s built from the proven building blocks of successful enterprises, broken down into modules that help companies understand their business model, turn it into repeatable processes and create a growth strategy prioritized around the highest impact actions to help them achieve their long-term objectives.

PROBLEM 2

Representation by BIPOC and women declines significantly as businesses grow.

Small companies are

0 %
minority-owned

and only

0 %

women-owned

even further…
midsize companies (up to $1B) are

0 %

minority-owned

and only

0 %

women-owned

SOLUTION

By helping BIPOC and women businesses grow, we can increase their chances of success and change the economic landscape of the world. Over time, these are the companies that will drive innovation and create leaders and role models for all communities, while closing the gaps we see in society and business today.

“Growing a business requires building the habits to continuously take one step forward.”
