SHELLI HOWLETT, PRESIDENT
For more than 25 years, Shelli owned and led four of the most successful Business Network International (BNI) franchises in the world. She scaled her membership organization to a network of over 2,800 business clients before selling in 2020. Shelli also had successful careers in sales and sales management with Motorola, Normed Medical, and Cannon USA.

NEERU SHARMA, DIRECTOR EXECUTIVE COACHING
Neeru is a trained and certified executive coach. With over 20 years of Strategy & Innovation Consulting experience, Neeru now coaches CEOs and their Leadership teams of Medium sized high growth businesses to achieve sustainable business growth. She is a recognized speaker on topics of Entrepreneurship, Leadership and Networking. Her previous experience includes working with the largest global consulting firms, running a business incubator, and successfully growing her Coaching Business. She has lived and worked in 8 countries, and brings a unique perspective to diversity & inclusion and Corporate Culture.

MIGNON GOULD, COMMUNICATIONS, PR/DEI
Mignon is a serial entrepreneur, with a background in journalism and online publishing. She has worked for a variety of media companies including Gannett and Hearst Media Services. She also launched her own media company, which worked with a network of brands, and collaborated with Warner Bros Entertainment. Mignon has been featured in publications such as Forbes.com.

MICHAEL CHANG, BUSINESS INTEGRATION & CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
Michael has more than a decade of experience in strategic planning and implementation of project management, community relations, operations and database systems to establish and refine sustainable processes for various types of organizations. His previous experience includes Make-A-Wish America and A.T. Still University of Health Sciences.

MARSHA VALENTI, PROJECT MANAGER
Marsha has over 25 years’ experience working with organizations of all sizes, from large corporate environments to solopreneurs and non-profit, in evaluating, improving, implementing, and managing all aspects of office management, client relationships, marketing, and project management.

ESINA ALIC, STRATEGIC ADVISOR
Esina is the CEO of a women-owned consulting company, and previously was CEO of an unmanned aviation company and a Fortune 50 executive. She has spent over 25 years advising and assisting businesses, from startups to multi-national global businesses, across a range of industries including aerospace, software, oil and gas, finance, and sports.
